With best-in-class rear-seat legroom, your passengers will ride in the utmost comfort. Exceptional cargo capacity means you'll have room for them and all of your gear, too. The soft-touch surfaces inside offer the ultimate tactile sensations while available heated front seats give you both low- and high-level settings. That means both the seat and back cushions heat up. They come standard on High Altitude and Limited and are available on the North Edition. Optional on all models, the Uconnect® 230 comes with a 6-CD/DVD/MP3 player with audio jack. In the High Altitude and Limited models, you can upgrade to the available Uconnect 430N with a 6.5-inch touchscreen display, 28G hard drive, an auxiliary input jack and navigation. The available Boston Acoustics® premium 368-watt sound system features 9 speakers and a subwoofer.
The 7-slot Jeep grille, the rounded headlamps and the trapezoidal wheel arches give the Patriot a distinctive Jeep appearance. New for 2015, Eco Green joins the colour palette, giving you eight available colours to choose from. Fascia-mounted fog lamps are standard on North Edition, High Altitude and Limited to go with the iconic rounded headlamps and for even more light, the Patriot's power sunroof features vent and slide functions, as well as convenient one-touch opening and closing. It is available on the North Edition and Limited with the Sun/Sound Group, and comes standard on the High Altitude.
Constant Capability
Two engines and three available transmissions give you the ability to configure the 2015 Jeep Patriot just the way you want. Choose between a 2.0L I-4 DOHC 16V VVT engine or a 2.4L I-4 DOHC VVT engine and take your pick between the standard 5-speed manual, available 6-speed automatic or available Trail Rated® Continuously Variable Transmission. Standard on Patriot 4x4 models, the Freedom Drive I® 4WD system uses an electromagnetically controlled coupling that is attached to the rear differential. The system constantly monitors wheel slippage and transfers power to the wheels with the most grip when it occurs. For even more off-road capability, the available Freedom Drive II® 4WD system uses an electronic control module to determine how much torque to transfer to the rear wheels for maximum traction.
