Dealership Cleaning & Sanitation
We've always been proud of our dealership's cleanliness and operations, and we know that keeping them clean and sanitized is now more important than ever.
In addition to our daily cleaning efforts, we have increased the amount of time that is spent cleaning and sanitizing our stores, especially in our most frequented areas such as service waiting rooms, restrooms, reception areas, phones, work stations, parts and service counters and staff lunchrooms.
At this time and until further notice, all coffee and water machines have been posted with "Temporarily out of Service". We have determined that these areas can be infectious areas, and as a precaution want them temporarily closed.
We have also taken steps and made sure processes are followed on all service vehicles coming into the dealership. All vehicles' touch areas will be wiped and sanitized at the time of service check-in. Seat and steering wheel covers will be used for all vehicles being serviced. Touch areas will be re-cleaned after any work is completed and prior to client picking up their vehicle. All of our technicians will be wearing and changing their rubber gloves when in contact with a client's vehicle. The bottom line is that we want you to feel comfortable visiting our dealerships and service areas.
Our shuttle vans/vehicles are being wiped down and sanitized after each drop-off and/or pick up to ensure they are clean and safe.
Supporting Our Legacy Staff
We continue to share information with associates on how to keep themselves and their families safe and healthy. Anyone who feels sick must stay home in order to help prevent the spread of the virus. In addition, on-demand communication has been made available to answer our staff's questions and concerns.
